Managing Director

When Julie founded the business she had one clear ambition in mind – to change the public perception of estate agents. Eight years on and with around a quarter of clients coming from personal recommendation, she can proudly say that Embleys is not your average estate agent and never will be. A skilled valuer and negotiator, Julie’s knowledge of the field is second to none and her commitment to putting customers first sets a meticulous standard for her friendly and dedicated team to follow.

Natasha Benniston

Property Valuer/Sales Negotiator

A successful Property Valuer and talented Negotiator, Natasha’s enthusiastic, professional and empathetic approach makes her a firm favourite with clients. A big advocate of coastal life, Natasha lives the Embleys customer-first ethos, always ensuring their needs are met and looking to surpass expectation. She always goes the extra mile, and with a smile. .

Georgina Nunn

Senior Sales Progressor/Negotiator

Georgina handles the entire sales progression, from a property going under offer to completion. She expertly supports and guides buyers and vendors to ensure this complex process runs smoothly. From registering buyers, arranging valuations, and providing feedback, she does it all brilliantly.

Karen Jones

Senior Administrator/PA to Director

A great organiser, Karen supports Julie and the Sales Team on a range of administration, general office management, advertising and marketing, accounts and HR tasks. She also registers new buyers and gauges their requirements, before handing over to the sales team.

Jade Whitfield

Senior Administrator/Marketing Coordinator

Bringing enthusiasm, ambition and energy to the office, she helps to develop the agency’s public relations and marketing strategy and manage implementation of its marketing plan, which involves keeping the website up to date, looking after its Facebook page and Twitter feed, compiling the End of Year reports and handling all its media needs.
