Julie Nelson

Managing Director

When Julie founded the business she had one clear ambition in mind – to change the public perception of estate agents. Eight years on and with around a quarter of clients coming from personal recommendation, she can proudly say that Embleys is not your average estate agent and never will be. A skilled valuer and negotiator, Julie’s knowledge of the field is second to none and her commitment to putting customers first sets a meticulous standard for her friendly and dedicated team to follow.

Georgina Nunn

Senior Sales Progressor/Negotiator

Georgina has the crucial role of handling the entire sales progression, from a property going under offer to completion. Expertly supporting and guiding buyers and vendors to ensure this complex process runs smoothly, she is highly accommodating and calm under pressure – one of the reasons our clients love working with her so much! Georgina registers buyers, arranges valuations and provides feedback, doing this brilliantly and proving why, she has become such an invaluable part of the team.

Karen Jones

Senior Administrator/PA to Director

Everyone knows an office needs a great organiser – step in Karen, who is Julie’s efficient PA providing brilliant support for Embleys’ admin, marketing, accounting and HR needs. Karen also has a client facing role and is often one of the first people you’ll speak to when getting in touch. Karen help gauges your requirements, measures your home for the property details and ensures the listing is to a high quality, all with a smile.

Jade Whitfield

Senior Administrator/Marketing Coordinator

Bringing enthusiasm, ambition and energy to the office, she helps to develop the agency’s public relations and marketing strategy and manage implementation of its marketing plan, which involves keeping the website up to date, looking after its Facebook page and Twitter feed, compiling the End of Year reports and handling all its media needs. Jade is responsible for Embleys’ quality assurance and her passion for Embleys shines through in everything she does.

Thomas Fenwick

Lettings Negotiator and Property Manager

 

Our Lettings Negotiator and Property Manager Thomas has first-hand experience of the rental market after working in rentals for over 8 years. Thomas’s role includes handling all day to day queries, whether to do with property maintenance needs, negotiating or just providing general support.
