Administration
Undertake all office administration in line with agreed standards
Support with booking of viewings; valuations and client appointments
Communicate regularly with buyers and sellers with tangible benefits to the business
Maintain an efficient and effective document storage system
Purchase of materials at competitive price ensuring quality and delivery to the highest standards
Ordering stationery
Support the sales team in collecting information about a property, uploading photographs and listing onto the company website.
Maintain the office and premises so that they always present a great image to customers
Assist in referrals to third parties
Marketing
Responsibility for the co-ordinating of all marketing activity in line with the Company’s overall marketing strategy, managing marketing campaigns from start to completion
Organising the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise
Supporting external advisors with marketing activity, attending meetings where required and coordinating and collating content
Producing additional marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures and exhibition-related projects, liasing with third parties where required
Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
Assisting with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking copy.
Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails
Keep website up to date
Undertake social media activity in line with the marketing strategy
Other
Maintain an efficient and effective document storage system
Ensuring that office equipment is operating efficiently and is available
Ensuring that Health and Safety requirements are being adhered to.
Contribute ideas for the successful running of the business
Deputise for the Managing Director in their absence
Hours of Work: Mon – Fri 9am to 5.30pm. Alternate Saturdays 9am – 4pm (with lieu day)
Lettings Valuer / Negotiator.
If you have lettings experience and can offer great customer service skills, lots of enthusiasm and plenty of pro-activity, this role could be for you.
As lettings negotiator you will be enthusiastic, proactive, be able to use your own initiative and provide client support by staying in contact with all those who get in touch as well as generating new leads to encourage business growth.
Our team all work closely together to provide a seamless service to those who choose us to market their properties.
Lettings Valuer/ Negotiator Job description
Communicating with clients in a professional manner over the phone, face to face and by email.
Arranging and attending valuations/viewings
Valuing and Negotiating rental offers and agreeing terms with all parties involved
Work within the team to achieve targets and improve performance
Record and progress maintenance issues
Check-in and check-out inspections
Regular property inspections.
Preparing tenancy agreements and other lettings documentation
Arranging CP12’s, EPC’s and EICR’s as required
In addition, supporting the team with inventories, property inspections, check in appointments and check out appointments
Lettings Valuer Negotiator Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well presented
Able to work in a fast-paced target driven environment
Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and in line with company requirements
Self-motivated
Able to multi-task

Computer literate
Professional Manner
Full Clean Driving Licence
